RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

We take utmost care to pack all the orders, safely and securely in our 100% cotton biodegradable packaging, We highly recommend reuse of our cotton bags.  

Every piece at DAHLIA is stitched with the highest of standards. The textiles used in our collection is handwoven, Manual irregularities and fading of natural dyes are not defects. A slight fading is the property of natural dye and the beauty of these handcrafted textiles. Indian Tradition and Handmade processes are prone to unevenness giving it a unique characteristic.

If the package you have received is not as expected, is in bad condition, or if the package has been tampered with and damaged before delivery, we recommend that you refuse to accept the package. Kindly return it to the delivery person.

Refunds and Exchange Policy

1. We offer only size exchange. The customer must initiate the size exchange request via email at dahliaaindia@gmail.com, within 1 week of receiving the goods.
2. The customer will bear the  shipping costs for returning/exchanging an item. 
3. The goods must be sent back in their original state, with the tags intact.
4. Discount codes are not applicable on custom made items. We do not accept exchanges on custom made, or made to measure pieces. If the size ordered is required to be changed, we will only provide alterations at no extra cost.
5. Items sold under discounted price cannot be exchanged or returned.

Refunds: We do not offer refunds on products once sold. We provide only size exchange or credit note for domestic orders. No return or exchange for international orders once shipped.

Size Exchange: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning or exchanging your item. It must also be in the original packaging with tag and must be returned within 15 days.

Cancellation Policy: Once the order is shipped from our warehouse, cancellation and refund is not possible. 

Please note that order fulfilment timeline does not include unforeseen and not in our control delays in the event of a natural disaster, war, calamity or epidemic. In such circumstances, your order will be processed and dispatched after our production and supply chains resume smoothly when any of the above events have passed.
